OEM&ODM

Excellent product quality, its technical performance and indicators have reached the level at home and abroad.
Confirm Needs
Client proposes cooperation, outlines needs (OEM/ODM, specs, volume, SKD/CKD). Factory responds in 1-3 days with feasibility/quote, provides samples if needed, and finalizes requirements after client approval.
Contract Signing
Both sides confirm product, price, payment (30% advance), delivery & packing, sign contract. Client pays advance; factory sets up team to launch project.
R&D Design (ODM)
The factory provides design drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) for client review and optimization, then produces and tests engineering samples. Upon sample approval and client confirmation, production commences.
Mass Production
Procure & inspect materials, set up lines & train staff, define SKD/CKD norms. Start mass production with "three-inspection system" for quality compliance.
QC & Shipment
Inspect finished goods, rework defects; package per SKD/CKD rules (SKD: core parts; CKD: individual components). Ship & share tracking numbers for delivery.
After-sales Service
Track deliveries, resolve issues; handle after-sales promptly with tech support/parts replacement. Use feedback to improve processes & quality.
